Sonic Drive-In in Michigan

"Wanted to dine in but the inside of the store was closed until further notice. Staff was friendly and fast. The garlic burger was AMAZING but a little messy so I wouldn’t advise eating in the car lol. Definitely would be back. All the food was fresh and hot I definitely recommend eating here Fries were a little on the salty side but I don’t eat salt so I’m not sure if it was just me or not."

"I ordered three drinks. One slushy and two waters with add-ins. We enjoyed them. The staff were friendly and brought the drinks out to the car. I couldn’t hear them in the speaker but maybe that was just me. I’m not sure. Wasn’t busy at all either. I would come back to this location while in Livonia."

"Usually, the food is good. Waited a long time in the driveway when I got my food it was not hot. Did not have time to turn back around. Fries was very crispy like red dipped in grease."

"I never mind waiting a long time for the food at this sonic because the food is always piping hot. Today, I paid in exact cash and got my drink before I got to the window so she didn’t bring my receipt out, which I didn’t need, and when I eventually pulled up to the window she asked if I had a mobile or doordash order so I told her one item in my order because I figured she would look at the previous orders to see which was mine, but she just closed the window quickly. next time I tell her all of my order, how much I paid, and that I didn’t get a receipt, and she closes the window and yells to her coworker that I’m confusing her now because now I’m saying all of this stuff I didn’t say before. the woman she talked to explained to me that it must’ve been handed off to someone else accidentally so it would be just a couple minutes for it to be remade and she gave me a free drink chip, which I really appreciate. the food was very hot and fresh a couple minutes later. I understand that orders can get mixed up so I’m not upset about that, but I could hear her yelling about me through the window."

"Really delicious food & good service here. It has been a while since I have had Sonic. We choose to order off of the app on my smartphone . Sonic had a coupon code for bogo bacon double cheese burgers . We choose tots instead of fries . Instead of a pop we switched it for the new cake batter & fudge brownie shakes . Googlers definitely try out the new shakes. ....... Easiest app ever !!!"

"I had a longer wait than usual on my visit, but Sonic and Keenan, the general manager, completely turned the experience around. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. They kept me informed, handled everything with great attitudes, and made sure all of my food came out hot, fresh, and exactly right. It’s rare to see leadership step in so effectively, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. Because of them, I’ll absolutely be back. Huge shoutout to Sonic and Keenan for outstanding service!"
